Santa Fe TradFest is welcoming vendors for the August 28-30, 2026 festival, selling handmade folk arts or music related items that fit with the festival's multicultural atmosphere. This is an indoor vending opportunity with limited space available.

Vendor Guidelines

• Vendors can begin set-up between 10am-4:30pm on Friday and must be set up
  by 10am on Saturday. 

• The vendor fee is $100 (no separate single day fee) and vendors will receive two
  weekend passes ($140 value). Additional fees are assessed if a vendor needs to rent a table or chairs ($20/table, max of two).

• Vendors are able to unload inside the festival grounds - outside of the lodge - but
  must move their cars to general parking by 10am on Saturday. Regular shuttles are
  available to and from the parking lots.

• Vendor teardown occurs during four time slots: Friday at 9pm; Saturday at
  5:30pm, Saturday at 9pm, or Sunday at 12pm.
