The Next Stage: Youth Band Showcase
The Next Stage is a competition for bands comprised of members under the age of 18. Prizes will be announced soon!
Bands must pre-register by August 21 Bands cannot be larger than 7 members, and the music played must be within the style of music presented at Santa Fe TradFest including including Bluegrass, Old-time, Hispanic, Native American, African American, Cajun, Celtic, or other traditional music and dance of other cultures.

This youth band contest will be held on Friday, August 28 at 6:30pm. Apply to perform by August 21.
Songwriters Showcase
Curated by Bill Leeman and Matthew Hecht, the annual Songwriters Showcase at Santa Fe TradFest kicks off our festival at 4pm on Friday, August 28.
Apply to be a part of the Showcase by August 1 via Google Form. Applicants will be asked to provide information about themselves and links to media and music.
Ten performers will be selected to play for about 10-minutes each (approximately two songs).
